Bluespring Wealth Partners folded Family Wealth Counseling into KDI Wealth Management, lifting the combined firm past $1 billion in assets, according to our tracking. The fold-in was one of three wealth-advisory transactions in the 48 hours through Oct. 7. KDI managed more than $750 million when Bluespring bought it in 2024, which implies the Family Wealth Counseling book carried roughly $250 million.

AlphaCore Wealth Advisory is adding Blue Rock Financial Group, a $400 million Delaware practice, in a deal our tracking lists as announced. Blue Rock's nine-person team stays in Sussex County, and founder Todd Roselle becomes a managing director and partner at AlphaCore.

Constellation Wealth Capital took a minority stake in BakerAvenue, the largest of the three by assets at $6.3 billion. The capital is undisclosed. BakerAvenue says the capital will expand tax, estate planning and corporate trustee services, with the leadership team keeping control.

Larger wealth items also surfaced in the week: The Bahnsen Group's deal to buy Hightower Naples and its roughly $1.1 billion in client assets, and Alto's deal to buy Forge Trust from Schwab, which the reporting says would pool $20 billion in retirement assets.
