The Role
As a Quantitative Research Intern on our APAC Tactical team in Hong Kong, you'll research market inefficiencies across Asia-Pacific and help turn ideas into tradable insights. You'll work closely with the portfolio manager, use AI tools throughout your research, and own a project from start to finish. The internship runs 3–6 months, including Jun-August 2027.
What You’ll Do
- Find, test and validate ideas that exploit market inefficiencies.
- Build research tools and data pipelines, using AI agents to speed up your work.
- Present your findings to the team and defend them.

- Pursuing a degree in a quantitative field.
- Strong coding and database skills, plus a solid grounding in probability and statistics.
- A genuine, enthusiastic AI user who already builds things with AI tools.
- Self-challenging and street smart: skeptical of your own results and curious about how markets actually work.
- A clear communicator with strong ownership.
Our Internship
