About the Job

We are looking for a compassionate and patient-focused Medical Assistant to support day-to-day clinical and operational functions within a Health Center setting. In this role, you’ll assist providers with patient care, perform clinical and administrative duties, and help ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in through follow-up care.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient service and high-quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and room patients while creating a positive patient experience
• Measure and document vital signs, patient history, and clinical information
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during patient visits
• Perform phlebotomy and collect blood and urine samples
• Support front office and administrative clinic functions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols and workflows
• Deliver concierge-level customer service and compassionate patient care
• Exercise sound clinical judgment within scope of role Schedule: Monday–Friday, 22 hours per week Pay: $21.00–$22.50 per hour Benefits: Part-time role with full benefits beginning on your 31st day of employment

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required Current BLS Certification required
• One of the following qualifications: Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program with diploma/certificate and at least 2 years of recent Medical Assistant experience Minimum 3 years of recent Medical Assistant experience obtained through on-the-job training
• Relevant military medic experience
• Strong patient care, communication, and customer service skills
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
