You will generate liquidity and trading volume on our platform through active relationship management and consistent sales execution. • Managing and growing a portfolio of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth investor relationships, introducing them to Clarity's investment capabilities.

  • Prospecting new clients, re-engaging dormant accounts, and executing sales campaigns to drive trading volume and platform adoption.

  • Serving as a day-to-day relationship manager, delivering consistent, high-value communication to clients.

  • Supporting the Director, Institutional Sales in identifying new investor pools and channels to expand Clarity's market share.

  • Meeting sales performance metrics and building toward long-term client partnerships.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a driven, communicative professional with a strong sense of urgency, solid work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and good organizational skills.

  • Have a track record of meeting sales targets and building trusted relationships with institutional or ultra-high-net-worth investors.

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in investment sales, mutual fund sales, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or institutional sales and trading.

  • Have a relevant educational background, such as a commerce or economics degree, or strong academic performance in a liberal arts or science program.

  • Be FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or able to complete the registrations shortly after hiring.

Compensation: Highly competitive compensation commensurate with experience and contribution.

  • Vancouver, BC: $300,000-$700,000

For this role, the estimated total compensation range is listed above. The actual base salary, variable bonus (if applicable), and options grant will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Opportunity to participate in ownership of a rapidly growing company through our employee stock option plan.

  • Comprehensive 100% employer-paid health & dental premiums and a Health/Personal Spending Account for Canadian employees. (An employer-subsidized benefits program is available for US-based team members).

  • Significant opportunities for growth into team leadership and management roles.

  • Entrepreneurial culture and a small and dynamic team.
