Join us as a Workday Integrations Specialist Location: Kraków Hybrid model: Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

About the team

• Workday Integrations Specialist serves as a bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, owning end-to-end solution design across Workday Integrations. This role combines functional knowledge with hands on technical capability to design scalable, compliant, and efficient enterprise solutions. In our team, you will be responsible for: · Functional Configuration Integration solution design across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules. Partner with HR teams to translate business requirements into scalable
• Workday integrations. Conduct impact assessments for releases, enhancements, and regulatory changes. Own governance frameworks for access, role rationalization, and audit readiness. Follow SDLC framework for enhancements and projects. · Integration Architecture & Delivery Design, develop, and support inbound/outbound integrations using: Workday Studio EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Core Connectors Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) BIRT reporting XML, XSLT transformations
• Integration lifecycle management: requirements → mapping → build → test → deploy → post-production support. Troubleshoot integration failures and optimize performance. Oversee vendor integrations (e.g., payroll providers, benefits vendors, ServiceNow, background check vendors). Implement secure authentication protocols (SFTP, OAuth, certificates, API security).

What we’re looking for

• 3 + years of Workday experience in HCM integrations (Studio, EIB, APIs) preferred
• Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle
• Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices
