Knowledge & Experience Essential: Several years of relevant experience in financial services operations, client servicing, or related functions, with the ability to operate effectively in a senior individual contributor role.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with clients and/or cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of operational or client matters and work with others to drive issues through to resolution. Ability to work proactively and independently while managing multiple priorities with appropriate attention to accuracy and operational controls.

Business-level English proficiency and fluent Japanese communication skills. Preferred: Experience in asset servicing, custody, trust banking, asset management, brokerage, securities operations, or other related financial services areas. Prior Global Custody experience is helpful but not required. Experience in client onboarding, account administration, invoicing, or other client-related operational activities.

Experience contributing to process improvements, workflow enhancements, changes in working practices, or system-related initiatives. Experience providing guidance, coaching, or mentoring to colleagues, or coordinating activities across a team without formal managerial authority. We value diverse experiences.
