Investor Relations Intern - January 2027 I Zurich

Our Zurich Office employs more than 40 people across investment, investor relations and further teams. The modern office is situated at Bahnhofstrasse, next to Paradeplatz.

The role

• The Intern will directly work with Ardian’s relationship managers for Swiss investors. Typical tasks include: Supporting Ardian’s Investor Relations professionals in developing and maintaining client relationships and fundraising activities in Switzerland Coordination of fundraising materials within the Ardian group (e.g., product/investment teams)
• Market intelligence and research on Swiss investor landscape
• Organizing and preparing events and other PR activities
• Tailoring materials to produce convincing, top-quality client presentations
• Administrative tasks such as client documentation and management reporting
• Own value-add projects and initiatives

Required skills

• The ideal candidate should bring: Client-oriented approach and high quality standards
• Keen interest in private markets
• Ability to create convincing content; data visualization skills would be a plus
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
• Reliable team player with strong interpersonal competencies
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Excellent skills in German and English (verbal and written); French skills are a strong plus Profile Final-year university student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Finance or a related field
• Relevant work or internship experience in the financial services industry, consulting, marketing or a related field
• Domiciled and eligible to work in Switzerland

• As Intern you are an integral part of Ardian’s Investor Relations team in Switzerland, which is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships with Swiss investors.
